Registration

Because the Rooted and Rested Retreat aims to foster connection, not only with yourself, but with others as well, the retreat has limited slots. This is to allow a safer space to show up in all of your authenticity and to heal as you need. It also allows our therapists, yoga instructors, and other facilitators to focus on the quality of the work, rather than the quantity of the work, helping you to leave more rested and rooted.

If registration fills up, you will be added to a waitlist. In the event that a slot becomes available for the retreat, we will be reaching out in the order of the waitlist to invite the next person into the retreat. You will not be charged unless there are slots available.

Once you have filled out and submitted your registration, you will be prompted for payment. Once payment is received, you will be sent an intake form that must be filled out before the event.
